About this fragrance
The opening is sharp and bright, citrus meeting spicy notes against a golden background of amber. The heart is darker and richer than expected, with rose, jasmine and a powdery violet blending into a dense, velvety floral layer. The dry-down is earthy and firm: patchouli, vetiver and dry cedarwood give the heart a strong frame and a steady trail.
Its character is formal, confident and quietly commanding. Rated at eight to ten hours, it suits autumn and winter, and it is made for formal wear and evening occasions: black-tie dinners, weddings, the theatre. It wears close and assured rather than loud, a scent for nights when you want to feel properly dressed.
