Orders placed before 14:00 UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend, go out on the next working day.
Every order is packed by hand and includes two 2ml sample vials selected to complement what you have bought.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is collected. You can also see it on the order page in your account, or through the link in your order confirmation email if you checked out as a guest.
Customs and duties
Prices shown include VAT for EU and UK destinations. For deliveries outside the EU and UK, import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient on delivery and are not included in the price you pay us.
Shipping restrictions
Fragrance is classified as a limited-quantity dangerous good because of its alcohol content. It travels by road and surface freight, which is why international delivery takes longer than you might expect. We cannot ship to PO boxes, and some carriers will not accept fragrance to certain remote postcodes.
