Orders placed before 14:00 UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend, go out on the next working day.
Every order is packed by hand and checked before it leaves us.

Delivery estimates are working days from dispatch, not from order. As a guide, an order placed before 14:00 on a Monday should arrive on Wednesday or Thursday by Tracked 48. The product page and the checkout show the dates to expect for your order.
Tracking
You will receive a Royal Mail tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is collected. You can also see it on the order page in your account, or through the link in your order confirmation email if you checked out as a guest.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Shipping restrictions
Fragrance is classified as a limited-quantity dangerous good because of its alcohol content, so it travels by road. We cannot ship to PO boxes, and some carriers will not accept fragrance to certain remote postcodes.
