Returns and Refunds

Your right to cancel

If you are in the UK, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is in addition to the returns policy below, not instead of it.

Our returns policy

You can return any unopened bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

A bottle counts as unopened if the outer cellophane and the manufacturer's seal are both intact. We cannot resell an opened bottle, and fragrance is exempt from the standard distance-selling return right once it has been unsealed for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered — see below.

How to return something

  1. Open your order — from the link in your order confirmation email, or under Orders in your account — and choose Request a return. Pick the items and tell us why.
  2. We email you a return reference straight away, and within one working day the address to send it to. Please wait for that before posting anything.
  3. Pack the item in its original box, with the seal intact, write the return reference on the parcel, and post it back to us.

If you would rather, email us at hello@senzia.co.uk with your order number and we will start the return for you.

Return postage is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered — in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have checked the seal, we refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within two working days of us receiving the parcel; how quickly it appears on your statement is then down to your bank, typically 5–10 working days.

If your order qualified for free shipping and returning items takes the remaining order below the free-shipping threshold, we deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.

Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you can, with a photograph of the item and its packaging if possible — it lets us put things right quickly and raise any claim with the courier. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including postage, whichever you prefer.

Reporting it promptly is a request, not a condition: it does not limit your legal rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
