1. These terms
These terms govern your purchase of goods from this store. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or we suspect fraud — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
3. Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT for UK and EU destinations. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price and the error is one you could reasonably have recognised, we are not obliged to supply it at that price.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at the point of order through Stripe. We accept the card networks and payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is only treated as paid once our payment provider confirms it — an on-screen confirmation alone does not complete the transaction.
5. Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel does not arrive within 10 working days of the estimated date, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
6. Returns
See our returns page. Your statutory right to cancel within 14 days applies in addition to it.
7. Authenticity
Every fragrance we sell is supplied to us directly by the house that makes it or by its appointed distributor. We do not deal in grey-market stock.
8. Product information
Fragrance descriptions on this site are our own assessment of how a scent behaves. Scent is subjective and its performance varies with skin chemistry, temperature and humidity. A fragrance smelling different on you than described is not a fault.
Ingredient lists are reproduced from the manufacturer's packaging. If you have a known allergy, check the carton before use.
9. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country you live in. If you live outside the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
