About this fragrance
The top is surprising: coconut and lavender soften each other, cardamom adds heat, and mugwort and carrot bring a dry, herbal earthiness, lifted by bergamot. The heart moves through orris, jasmine, freesia and lily of the valley, warmed by cinnamon. At the base, cypriol and patchouli give an earthy depth, while ambergris, musk, labdanum and benzoin round it into a warm finish.
Its character is adventurous and assured, creamy and spicy at once. Rated at eight to ten hours, it works in all seasons, for daily wear, weekend outings and evenings out. It feels distinctive in a room without shouting, and a light application is plenty for the office or a long dinner.
