About this fragrance
It opens with a luxurious, immediate and striking effect. It welcomes the senses with the sweet nectar-like richness of high-grade honey blended together with the dark primaeval intensity of premium agarwood, or oud. This first experience sets that regal-sophistication tone. As the perfume moves into its heart a complex layer develops with a warm energising melange of exotic spices dancing with the soft creamy sweetness of Madagascar vanilla.
This middle stage is a lovely balance, softening the harshness of the opener with a pleasant, gourmand warmth. Finally, the composition resolves into a robust, anchoring base of rich, rough leather and earthy patchouli. The last dry-down leaves a trail of smokey, intensely resinous presence that lasts long, giving the fragrance its distinctive powerful, bold and rich character, confidently lingering on the skin all day or night.
