The first minutes are bright and tart, with apple, lemon and bergamot lifted by a pinch of cinnamon. The heart turns softer and juicier as plum and orange blossom arrive, with cardamom for warmth and watery notes keeping it light. Later, ambergris, musk, patchouli and driftwood settle close to the skin and hold it there.

Its character is cheerful rather than heavy, a fruity scent with a gentle glow underneath. Rated at six to eight hours, it is happiest in spring and summer: warm afternoons, weekends away, garden lunches and relaxed evenings outdoors. Wear it to the office too, where its easy sweetness never crowds a room.
