About this fragrance
The experience starts with a top note that is very sharp, very eye-opening, and very complex. It releases a huge wave of warm, woody cinnamon and the hot, crackling snap of bright pink pepper at the same time. The hot, aromatic, and slightly sweet spice of green cardamom sharpens the whole thing, making a spicy, high-energy opening that cuts through cold air right away.
As the initial heat fades, the scent changes into a heart that is elegant and very simple, which makes for a striking structural difference. The strong top notes drop into a deep, heavy middle that is powered by a single, strong note of dark Indonesian patchouli. This gives the composition a clean, earthy, and strong masculine texture.
The dark, earthy patchouli sticks firmly to a very thick, beautiful base made up of rich, creamy vanilla, sweet, woody tonka bean, and the rich, resinous warmth of benzoin. It leaves behind a very seductive mark that you will never forget.
