Once heated, the opening is bright and floral: orange and aldehydes lift saffron, lavender and rose. In the heart, geranium and gurjum add a balsamic warmth, with cedar giving structure. The base follows, with amber, musk and vanilla soft and sweet, grounded by oak moss and patchouli so the blend never turns cloying.

Its character is warm and sweet, burning slowly and releasing its fragrance little by little. Use it to scent a living room or majlis before guests arrive, or to perfume clothes and scarves. Break off a small piece, place it on a lit charcoal disc or electric burner, and never leave it burning unattended.
