About this fragrance
The fragrance journey opens with a complex and distinctive combination of herbal yerba mate, green cypress, aromatic thyme and a touch of costly saffron, leading to a fun potpourri of sweet fruity notes. The heart enters a lush, traditional garden territory, offering a velvety aroma of rich jasmine, powdery iris and classic rose. Athena is anchored on a thick, sensual base of golden amber, velvety leather, warm vanilla, delicate musk, crisp vetiver and sturdy cedarwood.
The lovely layering of this smell allows it to morph elegantly from a strong green herbal start to a very soft powdery floral beauty. The iris and rose are surrounded by deep base notes of leather, amber and vanilla to prevent the fragrance from becoming just a plain, typical floral. It dries down to a comfortable, aristocratic skin aroma with an undeniable air of timeless mystery and feminine strength.
