Risala Autograph

The opening is bright and sharp, lemon, lime and apple lifted by blackcurrant, the bite of pink pepper and a sprig of thyme. The heart grows textured: oakmoss and labdanum, earthy and deep, against orange blossom and lily, with coconut adding an unexpected softness. The base is cedar, leather and ambergris, with moss, amber, mate, tonka bean and juniper berries.

Complex but never cluttered, it feels professional with a hint of adventure. Rated at eight to ten hours, it suits all seasons and works as office wear or a signature scent: from a morning meeting to drinks after work, then on into the evening. Few scents carry this much detail so evenly.
