The olfactory sensation opens with an opulent and most surprising combination of generous fruitiness and crisp contrast. The prominent top note of juicy, black Plum is beautifully combined with a zesty splash of bright Grapefruit to create an instantly fascinating and appealing opening. As that first fruitiness subsides, the heart shows a masterful, exquisite texture and a mystery depth, mixing the exotic force of Orchid with the powdery, almond-like softness of Heliotrope.
At the heart of the scent is the ancient holy spirit of Agarwood (Oud), grounded by a strong foundation of sweet Vanilla, brilliant Amber, pungent Benzoin, Labdanum and warm Tonka Bean. The masterly mixture gives an outstanding longevity of 8 to 12 hours on the skin, leaving a hefty, room-filling smoky-sweet oriental trail.
