About this fragrance
The opening pairs cognac with raspberry and a soft run of nutty notes, warm and a little boozy. Tonka bean, violet, rose and myrrh form the heart, where the floral side meets a darker, resinous thread. As it dries, caramel and praline sweeten the skin, while oakmoss and sandalwood keep the finish grounded rather than sugary.
Its character is plush and enveloping, built for autumn and winter rather than warm days. Rated at eight to ten hours, it carries through a long dinner, a late party or a celebration without needing a top-up.
