About this fragrance
A bright, fragrant spark starts the journey of the scent. Tangerine gives you a clear, citrus vigour that is quickly calmed by the herbal, purple grace of Lavender. This introduction is both fresh and elegant, setting the stage for the heart's rich center. The aroma gets stronger and stronger, and in the middle is a rich mix of Praline and Saffron. The "red gold" spiciness of saffron balances out the nutty, caramelised sweetness of the praline, making a heart that is both delicious and evocative.
The real strength of Hartnell is in its strong and royal base. The base is a strong combination of Precious Oud and Cedarwood, which gives the scent a smokey, woody backbone that holds the softer upper notes in place.
