About this fragrance
Amber, vanilla and Siam open together, soft and round from the first spray. Benzoin and tonka bean follow in the heart, adding a gentle sweetness that never tips into heaviness. The base brings Spanish labdanum, dark and resinous, with lavender giving it a soft, herbal line that keeps the dry-down neat.
This is a scent for cold weather and dressed-up plans. Rated at eight to ten hours, it suits autumn and winter, dinners, celebrations and long evenings. Its warmth is comforting rather than showy, so it works just as well on a quiet night in by the fire as at a special occasion.
