About this fragrance
The opens with a dark, tantalising blast of juicy blackcurrant, zesty bergamot, rich dark rum and almondy amaretto. The black rum and amaretto accords create an enticing alcoholic top note that instantly screams grandeur and opulence. This indulgent opens with the tartness of black currant, making the initial spray dark, complex and interesting. The boozy-fruity opening settles into a deep woody center of golden amber, earthy patchouli and creamy sandalwood.
The patchouli offers an earthy velvety texture that grounds the sweet liqueur notes in rich richness. The dry down reveals a hefty, resinous base of Siam benzoin, sweet vanilla and smokey labdanum, providing 9-11 hours of longevity and a rich, room-filling projection, perfect for formal winter events.
