About this fragrance
The opening is heady and rich, led by ylang-ylang. Plum brings a ripe, deep note to the heart, where agarwood first appears and begins to darken the blend. In the drydown, patchouli and more agarwood settle into an earthy, woody base, with citruses running underneath to keep it from feeling heavy.
The mood is plush and slightly mysterious, with the kind of presence that suits evening dress, dinners and celebrations. Spray lightly for daytime, more generously at night. It also makes a handsome gift for anyone drawn to oud with a soft ylang-ylang side and a ripe plum heart.
