The top is bright and warm together, as bergamot and tangerine meet pink pepper, elemi, nutmeg, honey and a first trace of oud. In the heart, rose, jasmine and orange blossom sit with saffron, cinnamon, patchouli and vetiver. The long base gathers amber, leather, sandalwood, agarwood, violet and raspberry, rounded by musk, ambrette seeds and ambroxan.

Dense and long-wearing, it is a scent for cool weather and late hours. Rated at ten to twelve hours, it carries from an evening meal to the end of a celebration. Wear it through autumn and winter, for evenings out, weddings and special occasions where a deep, layered fragrance feels right.
