We answer email within one working day, usually sooner.
For anything about an existing order, please include your order number — it begins SNZ- and is in your confirmation email.
What we can help with
- Order status and tracking — though the tracking link in your dispatch email is usually faster.
- Returns and exchanges — see the returns page first for what qualifies.
- Fragrance advice — tell us what you currently wear and what you like or dislike about it, and we will suggest three or four things worth sampling. This is genuinely the part of the job we enjoy most.
- Wholesale and press — say so in the subject line and it will reach the right person.
Opening hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 UK time. We are closed on bank holidays in England and Wales.
